Area Businesses Packed Over 22,000 Meals!
What an incredible day! On Wednesday, May 13, area businesses came together at our Meals From The Heart headquarters to roll up their sleeves, work together, and make a HUGE difference for our neighbors facing hunger and food insecurity.
Together, these amazing teams packed more than 22,000 meals that will help provide nutritious food to individuals and families in our community who need it most.
And we have to give a special shoutout to Lake Elmo Bank, who took home the trophy after packing an incredible 14+ boxes of meals in just one session! That is some serious teamwork!
We are so grateful to every business, employee, and volunteer who showed up, pitched in, and helped turn a few hours of teamwork into thousands of meals for our neighbors. It’s amazing what we can accomplish when our community comes together with a shared purpose.
Thank you for helping us fight hunger, strengthen our community, and make a real difference. We’re looking forward to an even bigger event next year!

The Business-To-Business Challenge, or B2B Challenge, is a fun and easy way to bring your employees and partners together with other business areas in your community to help your neighbors in need.
Teams from area businesses and organizations will participate in one-hour sessions to pack meals. The packing sessions are timed, and the teams compete for the most meals packed!
While increasing awareness of your organization’s commitment to fighting hunger, you’ll also build relationships within your workforce and the local business community. But most importantly, you’ll help feed your neighbors in need with healthful, fortified, and delicious meals – and have a ton of fun while doing it!
Small time commitment:
It only takes an hour. Packing sessions are available at the following start times:
9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.
Each one-hour session features a 30-minute timed meal-packing competition.
Small financial commitment:
Only $695 per team of 7-10 people.
Big impact on your team:
You won’t find a more worthwhile way to support team building. Plus, each session ends with a team photo so you can share your accomplishments on social media!
Big impact on the community:
Most importantly, our goal of 50,000 (or more) meals will be delivered directly to local food shelves in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
