The impact is seen on the smiles of our participants and on kitchen tables throughout the U.S.

Meals From The Heart = MOMENTUM!

Meals From The Heart has grown from a couple annual events managed from Tom’s kitchen table to an organization that is making a daily impact in the lives of families in need as well as those who step up and pitch in to serve.

The Numbers

Numbers tell an important part of our story of people gathering together to help their neighbors in need. More people are helping us create more meals for more neighbors than ever before. We are growing because the need for help keeps growing. Here are a few important numbers from 2024.

The Need

Household incomes often fall short of covering both groceries and other necessary expenses, particularly with rising food prices and inflation. Challenges brought on by economic instability, unforeseen expenses, or even a health emergency can prevent a family from purchasing enough healthy food. No matter the cause, hunger continues to be a widespread need in our local communities and across the country. Hunger is also a need we can meet. We believe that when we unite to serve our neighbors, we can remove insecurity and restore hope.
