Meals From The Heart And Beyond The Yellow Ribbon Support Minnesota Military Families This Season With 600 Food Bags!

For the fourth consecutive year, Meals From The Heart has partnered with Beyond The Yellow Ribbon to help Minnesota service members and their families make their grocery budgets go further. The USDA defines food insecurity as the lack of consistent access to enough food for all household members. Many families face difficult choices between essential needs like housing or transportation and purchasing nutritious food. For service members, these challenges are often compounded by the unique demands of military life.

This year, we packed a holiday-themed food bag featuring a mix of popular brands, essential groceries, and items perfect for holiday meals. With support from our dedicated volunteers, we delivered Thanksgiving Food Bags to 300 military families and another 300 Food Bags for the Christmas season!
