Lasagna Alfredo Primavera

Lasagna Alfredo Primavera

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 package alfredo primavera
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 8 oz sliced mozzarella or provolone

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare alfredo primavera according to package directions. Let cool on cookie sheet.
3. In medium bowl mix soup, milk, 1/4-cup grated parmesan, and spices. Set aside.
4. In another medium bowl mix cottage cheese, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 egg, tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp granulated garlic mix until combined.
5. Spray an 8 x 8 pan.
6. Layer 11 oz Alfredo primavera, ¾ cup soup mix, 3 oz of cheese, 11 oz Alfredo primavera, cottage cheese blend, 3 oz of the cheese, the rest of the soup mix and the rest of the cheese.
7. Cover and place in oven 45 minutes. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes.
